For all merchandise returns, please contact us by email at You have 30 days from the date of purchase or delivery (the latest applies) to inform of us and initiate the procedures. If you decide to return items by mail instead of in person, we do not cover those fees. The item must be new, resalable and in its original undamaged packaging.

All returns are exchange or in-store credit only usable on products and labor.

No refund, credit or exchange on all bikes, special orders and sales items, these will be considered final sales.
